The Partners for a Drug Free Chisago County Coalition is a formal arrangement for cooperation and collaboration between sectors of the community. Each partner, organization & agency retains its own identity and all agree to work together to build a drug free Chisago County. The coalition gathers quarterly to share information on progress, challenges, needs, etc.
